From a single rented desk in Mohali to a PAN-India recruitment house — the milestones that built Aneja.
A humble beginning
Starting in 2006 and registered in 2008 as a one-person recruitment agency, Aneja began from a rented room with one chair and a commitment to handle every responsibility personally.
First growth phase
The agency moved from a shared space to a proper office, overcoming early rejections through perseverance, job fairs, campus placements, and on-the-spot offer letters.
A stronger team
Anurag Aneja joined forces with spouse Dr. Anshu Aneja to grow Aneja Placement into a reputable recruitment agency for BPO jobs in Mohali and Chandigarh.
Pan India reputation
From a few MNC BPO brands, the agency expanded its reach across India and built a reputation that made major clients actively seek its services.
Own commercial office
Aneja Business Group acquired its own commercial building and later expanded with additional office space, taking the business to the next level.
Expansion vision

About Aneja Placements
In the bustling city of Mohali, Anurag Aneja had a vision to create a better future for the people of his community. In 2008, he founded Aneja's Training and Placement Services, a firm dedicated to helping people find employment in the booming BPO industry.
Starting from a small setup, he worked tirelessly to build the business around BPO hiring. Despite challenges and setbacks, the dream remained clear: create a successful placement agency that changes lives.
Over the years, Aneja Placements has grown from a small startup to a leading placement agency, working with major BPOs across India and earning the trust of clients and job seekers through dedication, transparency, and results.
